The ribbon cutting took place in the parking lot of the Copper Arms facility located at 1401 E 7th St. Following the ribbon cutting, individuals were welcomed to tour the facility and check out what we will be offering our guests. Provided was also some cookies and beverages to enjoy while discussing this wonderful accomplishment.
Many people were in attendance from board members, community members, guests of the St. Francis House, friends and family. We were blessed to have so many people come and celebrate with us.

Copper Arms: Before and After
Since assuming management of Copper Arms, we have made meaningful upgrades to the property that reflect our commitment to dignity, stability, and community. From physical improvements within the units to enhanced safety measures and supportive services, every change has been guided by the goal of creating a place residents are proud to call home. For individuals who are judicially impacted, having a safe, well-maintained, and respectful living environment is a critical step toward rebuilding their lives—and Copper Arms now stands as a place where that transformation can begin.
