Hands-Up Programs
We offer our guests a hand
up, not a handout!
1. Seven Day Program:
A) Guests need to get a job
B)
Take a breathalyzer daily
C)
Help with small chores around the house
D)
Attend Wednesday’s house meeting
E)
Provide identification card and Social Security card
F)
Check in daily between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m.
2. Genesis/Work Program – 3
month stay:
A)
Apply while on the Seven Day Program
B)
Must have a job
C)
Put money into their savings account weekly or bi-weekly
D)
Attend 2 meetings per week for personal improvement
E) Do
assigned chores around the house
F) 2
week extensions are given when guests save their money
3. Hope /Extended Program: -
6 to 7 month stay:
A)
Have been through the Genesis Program
B) Attend
5 meetings per week
C)
Put money into their savings account every 2 weeks
D)
Responsible for house projects and house chores
E)
They must be an example to the rest of the guests
